[ 催行確定について ]
最少催行人員に満たず、ツアーキャンセルになる場合、4月12日（金）までに代表者様にEメールにてご連絡をいたします。
連絡がない場合はツアー確定となります。

チケットのご希望の場合は、Rainbow Disco Clubのホームページにて販売しております。
■チケット代金は20,000円（ステージ6の場合）、キャンプ券は4,000円となります。
■このウェブサイトではチケット販売は受け付けておりません。
■中学生以下は保護者同伴の場合に限り無料となります。

［ チケットに関する注意事項 ］
・本イベントの20歳未満の入場は保護者同伴の場合のみご入場いただけます。会場にてIDチェックを行っております。
写真付き身分証明書をご持参の上ご来場下さい。未成年は保護者同伴。未就学児童（中学生以下不要）の入場券は必要ありません。
・チケット1枚につき、1名様のみご入場いただけます（中学生以下不要、1名様につき1枚のチケットが必要となります）。
・ テント利用のお客様は別途、テントチケットの購入が必要となります。
・ チケットをリストバンドに交換してのご入場となります。
・ リストバンドの破損・紛失については、いかなる理由にかかわらず、再発行は致しません。
フェスティバル終了まで大切にお取り扱いいただき、絶対に外さないようお願い致します。
・ 申し込み後の変更、キャンセルはお受付できませんのでご注意ください。
・ 雨天決行ですがアーティストのキャンセル、変更、天災や不慮の事故による中止の場合の料金払い戻しはありません。

［ テントサイトについて ］
・ テントをご利用になる場合は必ず1張につき1枚のテント券を購入してください。
テント券1枚につき、1区画（4m×3.5m）に収まるよう、テントの大きさは事前にご確認ください。
・ 指定場所以外でテントを張ることはできません。
・ タープ、パラソルなどをテントと併用してスペースを大きく使いたい方はスペース分のテント券が必要になります。
・ 炭を使用する直火BBQ、は禁止とします。コンロ、バーナーのみ可能。
・ 当会場はキャンプ場ではございません。ペグの使用や直火バーベキュー、焚き火等で会場を壊さぬよう、
ご理解、ご協力のほど、宜しくお願い致します。
・ テントサイト内でのスピーカーを使用した音だし行為は周りの迷惑になるので禁止します。

［ 駐車場に関して ］
※ 近隣住民への配慮の為、上記時間外の出入庫はできません。
・パーキングチケットをエントランスにて駐車証と交換してのご入場となります。
1台につき1枚の駐車証がないと駐車できません。よく見える位置に駐車証を置いてください。
・上記の駐車場利用時間内は出入庫可能ですが1回￥1000-別途料金が発生します。駐車場ゲートにて精算お願い致します。
・ 駐車券、駐車証の紛失については、いかなる理由にかかわらず、再発行は致しません。
また駐車証がない場合は駐車場の利用ができなくなりますので紛失しませんようお願いいたします。
・ 駐車場内における事故、盗難につきましては主催者側は一切責任を負いませんのでご注意ください。
・ 駐車場所は場内係員の指示に従い駐車してください。指定された場所、時間以外は駐車できません。
・キャンピングカーを使用した駐車場内での寝泊まりは禁止とさせて頂きます。
・マイクロバス等、全長が6mを越える大きさの車の利用はできません。

［ 会場に関する注意事項 ］
・ アルコール類、瓶、缶の持ち込みは固くお断り致します。発見次第、没収させて頂きます。
・ 不正入場が発覚した場合、理由の如何にかかわらず身柄を警察に引き渡します。
・ 夜間キャンプを静かに楽しんで頂くため音止めを致します。
・ 楽器、打楽器等の持ち込みは禁止します。
・ 会場内にビン類、花火等の火薬類、その他危険物及び法律で禁止されている物を持ち込むことは一切禁止致します。発見次第、即没収、破棄致し状況に応じては身柄を警察に引き渡します。
・ 煙草のポイ捨ては厳禁です。喫煙場所をご利用頂くか携帯灰皿などをご使用ください。
・ ゴミは必ず分別の上、ご自身でお持ち帰るかゴミステーションでスタッフの指示にしたがって指定ゴミ袋にて分別処理をお願い致します。
・ ペット同伴でのご入場は可能となりますが、ご自身での管理徹底をお願い致します。
・ お手荷物はお客様ご自身の責任において管理していただきますよう、予めお願い致します。 
・ 持ち込まれる遊具については、他のお客さんに迷惑になるもの、怪我の恐れがあるものは堅く禁止します。
・ 会場周辺の自然植物を傷つける等の行為は絶対におやめください。
・ 会場周辺での野宿や路上駐車、早朝深夜の騒音など近隣の方に迷惑となる行為は絶対におやめください。
・ 会場内・外での事故・紛失・盗難・ケガ・病気等の責任は、一切負いません。
・ 長時間にわたるフェスティバルです。急激な天候の変化に対応した服装や、水分補給をするなど各自で健康管理を行っていただき、日射病や熱中症等には充分気をつけていただきますようお願い致します。
・ Rainbow Disco Clubは主催者と共に来場されたお客様が一体となって作り上げられるフェスティバルです。会場内外で発生した、いかなる事故、事件、負傷等につきまし て、主催者、会場、アーティストは一切責任を負いませんので、 お客様並びに保護者の方々の責任において対応していただきますようお願い致します。

【申込み人数について】
■お申し込みは一度に代表者1名と同伴者14名の計15名までとなります。お1人さまでもお申し込みいただけます。
なお重複でのお申込みはできません。代表者と同伴者と入れ替えてのお申込みは無効となりますのでご注意ください。
最終のご案内は代表者のメールアドレスにのみ、お送り致します。また、未成年の方のみのご参加はできません。
必ず保護者の方が同伴頂きますようお願いいたします。

【バスプランについて】
■バスの運行について
・発着時間は変更になる場合がございます。詳細のスケジュールは最終案内にてお知らせします。
・東京発着の出発地（集合場所）は新宿駅または渋谷駅周辺を予定しております。 Eメールで最終案内をお送りします。集合場所地図もお送りしますのでご確認ください。
・当日の交通事情、天候などにより到着時刻が前後する場合もございます。その場合でも当社はお客様に対し旅行代金の返金はいたしません。予めご了承ください。
・発着地以外での乗車・降車は他のお客様のご迷惑になりますのでお受けできません。予めご了承ください。
■バスの設備について
・バスは大型貸切バスの利用となります。独立シートやフルリクライニング等の特別仕様ではありません。
・バスにトイレはついておりません。トイレ休憩は適宜とります。
■バス内でのお願い
・バスは自由席となります。正シートが満席となった場合、お客様に事前にご了解をいただいた上で、補助席のご利用をお願いする場合があります。
・バス車内は禁煙となります。
■その他について
・ツアーのお取消をされる際は、旅行代金に所定の取消料がかかります。
・バス代金は小学生以下も同額となります。ただし、座席を利用せずひざの上でよろしければバス代金は無料となります。
・満員となる場合があります。
・バスは会場到着後から会場出発まで、車内のご利用はできません。

◆ NOTICE ◆
[TICKET］
A ticket is only valid for one person. (Children under secondary school are free of charge.)
A tent ticket is required for each tent.
The tickets will be exchanged with wristbands at the entrance gate.
We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged wristbands and will not re-issue. You must keep safe of the wristbands and please do not take it off during the festival.
The tickets cannot be exchanged or canceled once it’s purchased.
There will be no refund in case of cancellation due to artist cancellation, change, emergency, and unfortunate weather.
You will be receiving the purchased tickets (entrance ticket, tent ticket, parking ticket) in March.

［PARKING］
A parking ticket will be required for each car. If you are planning to come by cars please purchase the parking tickets beforehand.
You must park your cars in the designated parking areas.
Please do not lose your parking permissions, otherwise it will be invalid.
Vans and buses that are over 6m cannot be parked.
Parking fee for a motorcycle is 500 YEN. No tickets are required. Please pay at the entrance gate.
Lodging or sleeping in the parking area with camping cars are not permitted.

［TENT SITE］
A tent ticked is required for each tent. Please purchase in advance.
A tent space is 4m×3.5m per tent ticket. Please pitch your tent within this square. There will be enough space for all ticket holders, but please keep in mind that the space is first come first serve.
No tents are allowed outside of the designated areas. 
No direct fire on the ground, please use gas type barbeque grills. No charcoal grills are permitted.
The whole venue is not regularly for camping. Please be careful with the use of pegs, grills and camp fire and do not ruin the grounds. We appreciate your cooperation for the continuous use of the venue for RDC.
Please do not play loud sounds or music with speakers in the tent site areas.

［VENUE］
No glass bottles, fireworks and other explosives, dangerous goods, and anything that are prohibited by the law are permitted. They will be confiscated and disposed, or handed over to police once we have spotted them.
Please smoke in the smoking areas or carry around your ashtrays.
Plastics, cans and combustible trash must be separated and can be disposed at the trash station. We would appreciate your help by bringing them home. Thank you.
Pets are allowed inside, but please be responsible for anything that your pet might do, and prevent troubles.
All belongings should be managed individually.
Carrying exercise toys and playing tools is permitted, but must be safe.
The venue is surrounded by nature. Please do not harm them.
No parking around the venue and sleeping outside. Please keep quiet in the early morning and midnight.
The festival is held during the day for long hours. Please prepare for severe climate change and weather. Frequent intake of water is necessary and be careful of heat stroke.
Rainbow Disco Club is a festival which the staffs and the attendants get together and create as one. Us, the venue, and the artists are not responsible for any troubles of any case occurred in and outside of the venue during the festival. Attendants must be responsible of themselves, their children, and pets. Thank you.

* Meeting time is scheduled 30 mins prior to the deaparture.
* As for the return journey departure will be arranged as the capacity reaches its limit per bus and the last bus will depart the venue by 14:30.
* Departure time for the Tokyo tour will be informed when the final schedule is sent.
* ShinOsaka tour may make a stop at Kyoto.
* Kyoto tour will be combined with ShinOsaka tour.
* The bus for the return journey will be on stand by at 7:00.
* You must be above 20 years old.

【Application period】
**5th March 2019 (Tue) 10:00 ~ 29th May 2019 (Wed) 23:59**
We will accept the application on a first-come-first-served basis for booking. (Reservation is arranged after the payment.)
•Please note that we will suspend the event before the end of the application period if the minimum number of personnel is below the threshold as of May 17 (Friday).

•Tour application confirmation will be made around April 17 (Wed) for those who applied by April 12 (Friday), and for those who applied after April 13 (Saturday) confirmation will be informed within five business days. We will inform you to the e-mail address of the representative together with the guidance of payment contents of the travel fee.

•Tour application is held until 23:59 Wednesday, May 29.

【About decision of operation】
If we do not reach the minimum number of persons the tour will be canceled, which we will contact you by e-mail by May 17 (Friday).

【About ticket sale】
If you wish to purchase a ticket, please to to the FFKT website.
* Ticket price will be ¥15,000, tent ticket will be ¥3,000.
*  Ticket sales are not accepted on this website.
*  Elementary school students and under will be free of charde only when accompanied by gurdians.

【About applicant number】
* There will be a total of 15 applicants at a time, one representative and 14 accompanying parties. You can apply for only 1 person.
* You can not apply twice. Please note that applications submitted by representatives and accompanying persons will be invalid.
* The confirmation and the final schedule will be sent only to the representative's email address. Moreover, under aged groups will not be accepted to participate, please make sure to be accompanied by a guargian.

【About bus plan】
* About Bus Operation
* Departure and arrival times may change. We will inform you of the detailed schedule at the final notice.
* The departure place (meeting place) is planned around Shinjuku station or Shibuya station. We will send you the final information by e-mail together with a map to show where the collection place is going to be.
* The schedule may be delayed due to traffic conditions or weather on the day, but please note that refund will not be made upon these conditions.
*** Please note that we will not be stopping at any extra locations except the toilet breaks.

About bus facilities
The bus will be a large-scale charter bus, without independent seatings or full reclining.
The toilet is not attached to the bus so we will be taking breaks as and when needed.

Request within the bus
The seats will be taken first-come-first basis and if the regular seat becomes full, we may ask you to use the supplementary seat after obtaining your consent in advance.
Buses are no smoking.

Other
・When canceling the tour, a predetermined cancellation fee will be charged for the travel fare.
・The bus fare will be the same price for elementary school students though if the child can sit on your lap the bus will be free of charge.
・The buses may be full.
・After arriving the venue the bus will not be available for any use.

・Please make an application by filling out the necessary information on the application form (please be sure to also enter along with the accompanying person).
・Only 15 people can apply at once.
・Applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis for booking. (Reservation is arranged after the payment.)
・Application of tours can not be received with just the name of a companion.
・Please confirm the name, age, contact information etc of the accompanying person in advance and apply.
・Application with duplication, application with replacing representative and accompanying person will be invalid application.
・We do not accept applications by phone calls.

Tour application confirmation will be made around April 19 (Wed) for those who applied by April 14 (Friday), and for those who applied after April 15 (Saturday) it will be informed within five business days. We will inform you to the e-mail address of the representative together with the guidance of payment method of the travel fee.
The contract shall be established with our company's acceptance (reservation confirmation notice) and the above-mentioned travel fee (including application fee). If there is no transfer by the due date, there will be no reservation.

*We can not accept phone calls for cancellation and can only accept e-mails. *Please do not use mobile phone emails.
*We can only accept the request during business working hours.
The information about the meeting time and location will be informed to the representitive person 5 days before the departure.
【Changes and Cancellation for Bus Tour】
A written notification should be sent to FFKT19 Official Bus Tour Travel Desk by e-mail (office@busket.net) for changes and cancellation. Changes and cancellations are not accepted by phone.

【Cancellation policy】
Until 21 days prior to departure date	no charge
20-8 days prior to departure date	20 % of the bus fee

•The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on our working hours (Monday through Friday 10:00-18:00 [Japan time] except national holidays. 
After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges.
